We Provide:

New, refurbished & reconditioned Equipment

We are UK distributors of Excel MFG, CP MFG, HSM baling presses and PTF Häusser, we also stock a range of second hand and refurbished machinery from other manufacturers. Most second hand machinery comes to us through part exchange or where customers have surplus stock or ceased trading. Therefore the majority of our used equipment can be seen working and would only require cosmetic refurbishment or service part replacements. Machines can be purchased on a sold as seen basis or can be fully refurbished to a (near) as new standard depending on customer preference. Ultimately there will be significant cost/time benefits to purchasing used equipment as an alternative to new.

Design

Innovative design is a core aspect of engineering, here at Avonbank we combine our years of experience and expertise with advanced CAD software in our drawing department to help provide the right engineering solutions for you. We can offer concept designs through to detailed final assemblies with a flexible open approach so that changes can be accommodated at any point. Our business is significantly integrated with the manufacturing industry which gives us access to many bespoke engineering facilities.

Fabrication

We have an in-house fabrication capability operated by well trained engineers with specialties such as MIG and MMA welding. Our core expertise centres on structual and sheet metal fabrications primarily for bespoke designs. This is particularly useful for customers who only need small quantities or a one off design, however we can cater for mass quantity production and our design capability guarantees repeatability.

On Site Servicing & Repairs

We provide servicing and repairs anywhere in the UK helping to keep you and your machinery running as optimally as possible. Regular servicing and maintenance is key to keeping your business running efficiently and averts unnecessary long periods of costly downtime. We fully recognise and promote periodic/preventative maintenance and can support and advise on appropriate servicing levels.

Breakdown Services

We offer equipment breakdown support and strive to get customers back up and running as soon as we can. Direct support can be one telephone call away and we will make our engineers available to you as soon as possible. Sometimes we can advise over the phone so customers can resolve running issues remotely. We have a wide range of experience with numerous brands of machinery in this industry. Consequently we have direct access to manufacturer support and parts information, this allows us to respond and support in a timely fashion. Our goal is to ensure that the customer understands the full scope and onward impact of any breakdown that occurs. We will assess the situation for root causes and advise on future preventative solutions where appropriate.

Spare Parts

We aim to hold as many spare parts for manufacturers such as Excel, CP MFG, HSM and others that we regularly work on. This allows us to reduce potential lead time for you as a customer as many parts have to be sourced internationally. We strive to obtain OEM parts where possible but also research and source alternatives particularly in the situation of manufacturer obsolescence. Our goal is to keep your machines continually in service where economically viable.
